Opposite the Oaks pub, on the corner of Ben Boyd Road & Military Road. The entrance is on Ben Boyd Road just around the corner from the Optus shop. Walk past the downstairs restaurant and come up to the 3rd floor in the lift.  There is street parking for up to 2 hours free on Ben Boyd Road on the Harbour side.

I am available for Counselling and Psychotherapy at Neutral Bay

Weekdays, Evenings & Saturday mornings. First appointment 9.00 a.m, last appointment 7.00 pm

Other appointments may be available on request

Payment

Payment is by cash at the end of the session or by electronic bank transfer 24 hrs before the session commences. My fees are reasonable as there are currently no medicare rebates for seeing a Psychotherapist or Counsellor in Australia. If you have a private health fund policy with Medibank and hold the Bonus Package there is a rebate for Individual & Couple Counselling with me. Please check with Medibank as to your eligibility.

My fees are on a par with the gap fee charged by psychologists & social workers. Please bear in mind if you see a psychologist or social worker under the mental health care plan scheme you will be limited to 10 sessions.

GU Health & Medibank Health Provider

I am a registered provider with GU Health. If you have a GU Health policy you will be able to claim a full or partial rebate for counselling depending upon your level of cover. You will need to have the Bonus Package from Medibank if you want to claim a rebate for individual or couple counselling.

Cancellation Policy

I have regular appointment times with my clients to avoid the need for cancellations to occur.  If less than 24 hours notice is given then 100% of the full fee will be charged.  Other cancellations of more than 24 hrs notice will be charged at the same rate as above if a client cancels more than 3 times in a given counselling period.  I do not accept SMS or email cancellations; you will need to phone me on 0432 023 481 and leave a voice mail message if I am in session and cannot come to the phone.
